My name is Adrian Nelson. I am a born intuitive, who was born in Cape Town and grew up in the Eastern Cape.

I am a hypnotherapist, Reiki master, crystal healer, abundance coach and tarot reader, all of which are brought together beautifully in my Theta Healing offer.

I also assist in breaking curses, hexes and generational, aka ancestral, negative ties.

I have several detailed online courses on the Udemy platform.

I offer one-on-one as well as group coaching sessions and talks, both in-person and online.

These sessions are up to 2.5 hours maximum

So ThetaHealing is 90 minutes
